In sweat and bright smiles, we tasted the joy of early summer.

In early summer, HW children welcomed the season by running. Sweat, laughter, and double joy.

Autumn has track events; summer has fun games — each exciting in its own way.

5月12-13日，华外小学1-6年级春夏季趣味运动会火热开展！
一场属于孩子们的多巴胺狂欢，正式拉开帷幕!

On May 12-13, HW Primary (Grades 1-6) held its Spring-Summer Fun Sports Day. A dopamine carnival for kids officially began. 

赛场上，不止有奔跑，还有默契的协作——
毛毛虫接力、移花接木、云梯闯关、超级NBA……
一个个充满童趣的项目，点燃了全场热情。

No lonely running, only teamwork.
Events: Caterpillar Relay, Shift Flowers, Ladder Challenge, Super NBA… Each fun activity ignited the field.

最动人的一幕，是一位手臂受伤的同学。
跑不了，那就做一个指挥者。
她站在赛道边，用响亮的号令为伙伴们指引方向。
不能上场，依然是团队不可或缺的灵魂。

The most touching moment: a student with an injured arm couldn't run — so she became a director. Standing by the track, she guided her teammates with loud commands. Off the field, still the heart of the team. 

本次比赛所有的奖牌和奖杯，都由回收塑料制成。

“以奔跑的姿态跨越污染，让每一次冲刺都重生于自然。”

当孩子们捧起奖杯的那一刻，手里握着的不仅是荣誉，
更是一颗关于可持续未来的种子。

All medals and trophies were made from recycled plastic.

"Run across pollution. Let every sprint be reborn in nature."

When children held their trophies, they held not just honor, but a seed for a sustainable future.
