初夏清风徐徐，华外中学部学子跨越千里奔赴贵州三都。在这片深藏喀斯特灵秀、沉淀水族千年底蕴的土地，为孩子们铺开了一堂沉浸式的行走课程。告别城市的浮躁，同学们沉浸式走近乡土校园、躬身体验农耕劳作、潜心邂逅非遗古韵。这场行走中的研学课堂，不止是一次跨地域的见闻学习之旅，更是一场双向奔赴的温暖相遇、是一次扎根乡土的文化寻根、也是一场触动内心的成长蜕变。

On an early summer breeze, HW secondary students traveled to Sandu, Guizhou. Leaving city noise behind, they entered rural schools, farmed, and explored intangible heritage. This journey was not just a learning trip, but a warm mutual encounter, a cultural root-seeking, and a transformative growth.

在山水相依的三都黄埔小学，开启了本次研学温暖的序章。带着诚挚的心意与满满的善意，同学们见证了我校连同广东省岭南教育慈善基金会在这里开展爱心捐赠活动，以微薄之力传递温情，跨越地域的距离，搭建起真挚的友谊桥梁。

At Sandu Huangpu Primary School, the trip began with a charity donation by HW and Guangdong Lingnan Education Charity Foundation, building friendship across distances.

温情相融的校园里，一堂别样的美育课堂开课了！在“小”老师的引导下，围绕“文明就餐、光盘行动”展开，一起执笔构思、用心创作创意海报。一笔一画之间，孩子们将勤俭节约、珍惜粮食的传统美德融进色彩与图案里。从书本里的“粒粒皆辛苦”，成为笔下鲜活的海报设计，孩子们在创作中读懂价值，在美育浸润中内化文明素养。一张张质朴又灵动的作品设计，是对文明新风的最好诠释，让传统美德，文明校风在这山水间悄然传递。

In a unique art class led by student "teachers," children created posters on "civilized dining and clean plates." Through drawing, they internalized the virtue of saving food—transforming "every grain is labor" into vivid designs, spreading civility and tradition.

山海相隔，知音相逢。研学第二天，同学们走进东西部教育帮扶结对校——三都高平凤凰实验学校，开启插班学习交流。

华外学子融入当地班级的日常课堂，与本地同窗并肩听课、共同交流、结伴学习。相同的求知热忱，不同的成长环境，让孩子们在思维的碰撞、语言的交流中相互学习、彼此借鉴，真切感受到不一样的校园氛围与学习风貌。

On the second day, students visited Sandu Gaoping Fenghuang Experimental School — a partner school under the East-West education assistance program — for a class exchange. HW students joined local classes, learning and interacting side by side with their peers. Sharing a passion for knowledge yet coming from different backgrounds, they learned from each other through discussion and cultural exchange, gaining a genuine taste of a different campus atmosphere and learning style.

期间，每班两位学生代表及随行教师分组走访当地7个学生家庭，走进乡土院落、贴近真实生活。近距离的相处、面对面的谈心，让两地少年打破隔阂、畅谈心声，在烟火日常的分享中读懂生活百态，在真诚相伴中收获纯粹友谊，也让孩子们学会共情、懂得珍惜，在对比与体悟中丰盈内心、向阳成长。

Student and teacher pairs visited seven local families. Face-to-face talks bridged gaps, shared daily realities, and built genuine friendships—teaching empathy and appreciation.

褪去课堂的书本桎梏，午后的咕噜景区，迎来最质朴的农耕体验。赤脚踏入田间，躬身体验插秧、嬉水农田摸鱼，泥土沾染上衣角，汗水浸润了脸颊。从前课本里读到的农耕辛劳、粮食来之不易，在躬身劳作的每一个瞬间，变成了真切的体验与深刻的感悟。孩子们在泥土与清风中亲近自然、拥抱土地，解锁最纯粹的山野乐趣，读懂深耕细作、不负耕耘的土地哲思。

In the afternoon, at Gulu Scenic Area, they farmed barefoot: planting rice and catching fish in muddy fields. Sweat and soil turned textbook concepts of hard-earned grain into real understanding. They connected with nature and grasped the wisdom of diligent cultivation.

夜色渐浓，一场特别的长桌晚宴如期而至。纵使天公不作美，淅淅沥沥的细雨悄然落下，却丝毫未冲淡大家的热情。晚风伴细雨，欢声笑语满乡间，孩子们自在歌唱、勇敢登台展示自我，以歌声传递快乐，以欢笑治愈此行。

Evening brought a long-table dinner despite light rain. Students sang and performed, spreading joy.

温馨的集体生日会，场景虽简单，爱意却满分。灯光温柔，心意却滚烫，师生聚在一起，声声真挚的祝福，动心的生日歌，成为本次研学最温柔的限定记忆。

A collective birthday party , simple yet heartfelt, with warm wishes and songs, it became a tender memory.

山水藏古韵，非遗润童心。研学的最后一程，少年们沉浸式邂逅三都千年水族文化。

走进水族博物馆，一件件古朴的藏品、一个个承载岁月的器物、一段段厚重的历史故事，静静诉说着水族源远流长的民俗文化与千年文脉。同学们驻足聆听、细细观摩，探寻水族先民的生活智慧与文化印记，沉浸式感受少数民族文化的独特魅力与深厚底蕴。

The final leg immersed students in Sandu's thousand-year Shuizu culture. At the Shuizu Museum, ancient artifacts and stories revealed folk traditions and heritage. Students listened and observed, appreciating ethnic wisdom.

走出展馆，亲身解锁非遗技艺，沉浸式体验马尾绣制作与非遗街的水书书写。指尖穿梭丝线，细细雕琢非遗纹样，一针一线皆是匠人坚守岁月的温柔匠心；执笔描摹水书字符，横竖撇捺皆是流淌千年的文明密码。在亲手实践中，孩子们触摸非遗温度、体悟匠心精神，读懂传统文化的厚重与璀璨。

They then tried intangible crafts: making horsetail embroidery and writing Shuizu script. With needle and brush, they felt artisans' dedication and decoded millennia-old civilization.

从观望到亲历，从认知到感悟，古老的非遗文化不再是遥远的文字与标本，而是触手可及的传承力量。这场非遗溯源之旅，在少年心底种下文化自信的种子，让古老文脉在青春力量中焕发新生。

From observation to practice, ancient heritage became tangible, planting seeds of cultural confidence and revitalizing traditions through youth.

三日研学，满程皆是成长。从爱心美育的温情传递，到同窗相伴的双向奔赴；从躬身劳作的乡土体悟，到溯源非遗的文化深耕。走出校园的方寸天地，孩子们看过不一样的风景，结识真挚的伙伴，体验别样的生活，传承千年的文脉。

Three days of growth: from art-based love, peer exchange, farming experience, to cultural deep-dive. Beyond campus, students saw new landscapes, made true friends, lived different lives, and inherited a thousand-year legacy.

短暂的研学之旅圆满落幕，但行走的力量、成长的力量、文化的力量，将永远留存于心。愿华外少年，携山海阅历、怀赤诚善意、承千年文脉，在往后的岁月里，心怀热爱、笃行不怠，以青春之力，奔赴更远的征程！
