“同学们,你们知道地球已经多少岁了吗?”
华南师范大学MTA硕士生行业导师、联合国教科文组织世界地质公园评估专家陈昉教授话音刚落,华外三年3班的教室里便举起一片小森林般的手。原本遥远的宇宙起源、丹霞地貌的瑰丽神奇,在陈教授由浅入深的讲述中,化作孩子们眼中的光。
“How old is the Earth?” asked Professor Chen Fang, UNESCO Global Geoparks evaluator and MTA industry mentor at South China Normal University. Hands shot up in HW Class 303. The mysteries of the universe and Danxia landforms became a sparkle in children’s eyes.



这堂课,源自班上家长的热心推荐。当家长化身老师,课堂便有了不一样的温度和视角。而这,正是华外家长成长学院“家长进课堂”系列中一个再平常不过的温暖切片。
This class came from a parent’s recommendation. When parents become teachers, the classroom gains new warmth and perspective. This is a typical warm moment in HW Parent Growth Academy’s “Parents in Class” series.



在这里,家长从来不是教育的“旁观者”,而是真真切切的参与者。当他们走进课堂,便从“局外人”变成了孩子们亲密无间的伙伴。一起探讨问题,一起攻克难题,在与老师的积极互动中,他们深入触摸到了学校的教学理念,也实实在在地看见孩子的成长与进步。这份亲身参与的体验,不仅让家长对学校的信任悄然生长,也让他们带回了更多切实可行的方法,去支持孩子走得更远。
Here, parents are never bystanders but true participants. Stepping into class, they become close partners with children—discussing, solving problems, and engaging with teachers. They experience the school’s philosophy firsthand, witness their child’s growth, build trust in the school, and gain practical ways to support their child further.




这份真实而持续的热忱,让华外家长成长学院自2024年成立以来,活动日益精品化,形式也愈发丰富多彩。
“校长说”廓清方向,“家长课堂”传递智慧,“家长沙龙”敞开心扉,“父母读书会”沉浸共读,还有“家长志愿者”的默默守护与“家长进课堂”的双向奔赴——这些课程与活动,宛如一道道温热的溪流,汇聚成一片充满爱与力量的社区。在这里,家长们释放压力、倾诉心声、相互支持,返场率与好评度屡创新高,便成了对这份归属感最直接的回响。
Since its founding in 2024, the Academy has refined and diversified its activities: “Principal Talks” clarify direction, “Parent Classes” share wisdom, “Parent Salons” open hearts, “Parent Book Club” offers shared reading, plus “Parent Volunteers” and “Parents in Class.” These flow into a community of love and strength. Parents relieve stress, voice concerns, and support each other—high return and satisfaction rates echo this sense of belonging.





护学岗,为孩子撑起一片天
温馨的家校共育生态,始终在向更深处延展。
五年级家长吴女士带来了一场别开生面的“游戏课堂——学生心理赋能活动”。没有说教,只有沉浸式的游戏体验,让孩子们在欢笑中照见真实的自己,完成一次认知的悄悄升级。那一刻,教室里流动的不只是游戏的快乐,更是被理解、被接纳的安全感。
The warm home-school ecosystem deepens further. Fifth-grade parent Miss Wu led a “Game Class: Student Empowerment” activity. No lectures, only immersive games. Children saw their true selves in laughter and upgraded their mindset. What flowed in the classroom was not just joy, but the security of being understood and accepted.









与此同时,学院将目光也投向守护孩子成长的教师群体。性教育专家王媛面向全体教职员工,以《更好的性教育——给孩子的成长礼物》为题开展专题讲座。当老师率先以科学而温暖的态度拥抱生命教育,孩子们便多了一层温柔而坚定的守护。从家长到教师,从课堂到心灵,每一次学习都是在共同织就一张柔软而有力量的网。
The Academy also turns to teachers. Sex education expert Wang Yuan gave a talk for all staff: “Better Sex Education—A Gift for Children.” When teachers embrace life education with a scientific and warm attitude, children gain an extra layer of gentle, firm protection. From parent to teacher, from classroom to heart, every learning session weaves a soft yet powerful net.


就这样,一次次走进课堂,一次次坦诚交流,一次次并肩学习……华外的家校关系,早已不止于配合,而是升华成一种共同生长的生态。
在这片沃土上,每一个孩子都被看见,每一位家长都被接纳,每一位老师都被支持。大家因爱而聚,彼此赋能,把“温馨友善”写成了一个个具体的日子。
Thus, through every class visit, open conversation, and shared learning, home-school relations at HW have grown beyond cooperation into a co-growing ecosystem. Every child is seen, every parent accepted, every teacher supported. Gathered by love and empowering each other, they live out “warmth and kindness” day by day.
当一颗46亿年的星球故事能在三年级教室里激起涟漪,当家校之间流淌着如此自然的信任与温度——我们便知道,教育最好的模样,不过是:我们在一起,为孩子的成长,温柔而坚定地赋能。
When a 4.6-billion-year-old planet story ripples through a third-grade classroom, and when such natural trust and warmth flow between home and school—then we know the best form of education is simply: we come together, gently and firmly empowering our children’s growth.
